WEEKEND ROUNDUP: Friday wins go to Le Becard, Raiders as weather postpones Saturday, Sunday games

Six games were scheduled for the Jan. 10-12 weekend, but only two games were played as inclement weather and unsafe road conditions wiped out the games for Saturday and Sunday.


Scarborough Wexford Raiders 6, Muskoka Anglers 5

From the Scarborough Gardens, Evan Speiran and Brandon Weeks each had a goal and three assists to lead the Raiders. Josh Bishop added two goals and an assist while Davis Park and Thomas Gervais scored one each. In net, Graham Payne finished with 35 stops, For the Anglers, Sammy Spencer went for two goals plus a helper, Jacob Smith tacked on three assists, Marten Poldmets had a goal and an assist and Finn Moss and Joshua Bozek also scored. Between the pipes, Paul Shager and William Tisserand combined to make 48 saves.

Le B├ęcard de Senneterre 7, Maniwaki Mustangs

At the Centre Gino-Odjick, Benoit Cousineau-Marcoux posted three goals and an assist and Vincent Roy and Alexis Duguay added a goal and an assist apiece. Maxime Lemaire chipped in three assists, Alexandre Beaulieu two assists and Andy Mapachee and Simon Trudel tallied one goal each. Antoine Chouinard stopped 38 shots in goal. Phillippe Beaudoin and Jeremy Pontbriand each had a goal and an assist for Maniwaki and Cedrick Robidoux kicked out 46 shots in goal.
