The Langton Royals have announced the signing of 18-year-old goaltender Jaden Lee Dzeylion for the 2020-21 CPJHL season.

Dzeylion is a native of Wollaston Lake, Sask.

"Jaden is coming in knowing he is going to work hard, put his best efforts forward and try and earn his game time," Royals coach-GM Jason Do Paco said. "He understands this and accepts the challenge. For me, that's exactly what I want out of our entire team this upcoming season.

"We have a good group coming in this season. Jaden will be part of that and we are hopeful he will be a big piece a year or two down the road."

Joining the Royals is exactly what Dzeylion wants to advance his hockey career.

"Becoming part of the Royals family is a great opportunity for me to better my future," Dzeylion said. "I have goals for this season to compete as hard as I can and give all I have to battle for the starting spot. My overall goals are to finish school and play professionally."
