Generals bolster defense with addition of Seaforth native Sloan

The Seaforth Generals have bolstered their defence core by adding Seaforth native Travis Sloan

The 5-foot-11, 227-pound Sloan will be a welcomed addition as a left-handed shot on the back end for the Gens. Sloan started the season with the Lucan Irish of the PJHL, where he dressed in 11 games.

Sloan will wear No. 10 for the Gens this season.

“I was after 'Sloany' this summer, but he had committed to Lucan already," said Seaforth coach TJ Runhart. "We’re excited to see him suit up and help the Generals. He brings a 'can’t lose” attitude, along with a physical attribute we want to see more of.”

The Generals play host to the Essa Stallions on Sunday night, Oct. 22, at 7:30 p.m.
