Le Becard ink Swedish defenseman Kaistila, who will bring skill, character to Senneterre in '20-21

Le Becard de Senneterre has signed Linus Kaistila, a 2001-born defenseman from Sweden for the 2020-21 CPJHL season.

Kaistila, who was born in Germany, has spent the past two seasons playing in France for the Entente Hockey 68 junior team.

In 2018-19, Kaistila tallied two assists in 13 games and during the 2019-20 season, he posted a goal and three assists for four points in 14 games.

"I am energetic and looking for a new challenge," said Kaistila. "The Canadian challenge is my greatest dream."
