Mustangs bring back 50-goal scorer Bédard, who brings instant offense to Maniwaki lineup

The Maniwaki Mustangs have signed 1999-born forward Anthony Bédard for the remainder of the 2019-20 CPJHL season.

During the 2018-19 season with the Mustangs, Bédard scored 53 goals among 104 points, good for second overall in league scoring.

In the 2017-18 season, Bédard compiled 36 goals and 88 points with Maniwaki.

Starting out his junior career in 2016-17 with the Essa Stallions, Bédard tallied 11 points in nine games.

At the conclusion of the 2018-19 season, the Val d'Or, PQ, native signed with the Mentor Ice Breakers of the Federal Hockey League and began this season playing pro hockey overseas in France.
